An extensive preliminary Due Diligence investigation, as would be conducted by a potential investor, to identify problems or deficiencies and prepare a plan to correct them.
Financial model of the client’s business, analyzing cash flows, rates of return, and sources and uses of funds.
A Master Financing Plan that identifies the amount of financing the client needs, in what form (debt, equity or a combination), over what period of time, and from what likely sources. Preparation of a strategy and timetable for implementation.
Information materials for potential investors, including a business plan, marketing plan, management plan and financial plan, in the form of printed materials, slides and electronic documents.
